Artist Agrees that by participation in Paint Texas!, all first place winning artwork (with respect to both Paint Texas! Contest Winner & Quick Draw Winner) will be surrendered to the LOAC as a donation. Letter of donation can be obtained from the LOAC for tax purposes.
